Everything is Energy

Both our bodies and our environments hold an energetic frequency. Naturally, we are influenced by the energy that surrounds and flows through us. Energy healing is a powerful modality that supports us on our path, because energy is vibration and it’s what connects all living things.

I believe lasting well-being comes from a deep connection to ourselves and our environment. Reiki and Feng Shui, are grounded in the principles of energetic alignment and healing. Reiki works by shifting the energy within us bringing balance, clarity and inner peace. Feng Shui, on the other hand, focuses on the energy around us helping us create spaces that invite harmony, flow, and abundance into our lives.

When our energy feels “off” or stagnant, we may experience anxiety, sadness, fatigue or even physical illness. That’s because energetic imbalances affect us on every level: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. By rebalancing our energy, we can release what no longer serves us and open space for our highest good to emerge. This in turn improves our well being and quality of life.
